They can make anything gluten free! Best gluten free cheese bread and pizza I've had in a long time. Staff was very knowledgeable too. Will go again.

Their gluten free crust contains WHEAT starch that is gluten free. This is safe for celiacs but not for a wheat allergy (I have both). When i asked them about this, they told me that gluten free WHEAT starch was safe for me to eat with a WHEAT allergy. This is pretty concerning to me, and its also concerning to me that this infornation isnt listed anywhere and that I had to email them directly asking if it contained wheat in order to find this out (after reacting).

12/22/23 - Came back today and ordered the best pizza. Unfortunately, the first pizza did not meet their requirements so they remade the pizza in order to ensure it was safe! That is 100% the type of customer service that makes me feel safe.

Fun restaurant but expensive for what it is. I had sky high expectations from the reviews, and the pizza was decent but didn’t live up to the hype for me. That said the servers were familiar with celiac when I went, and I felt safe eating the food.

I thank everyone for the great and honest reviews. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. After talking with the staff and the manager, I can see why the posts were here and they were spot on. They are so careful and aware of preparations for gluten free to be safe at this location. I feel it was the best pizza I have ever ate in my life. We had to take most of the dessert with us to go. However it reheated well the following day with coffee. The pizza crispy edges with a pillowy center to be light and filling. I am excited to know we will have locations opened soon closer to us in the near future.

If you tell them you need GF for whatever reason they can provide! different pans, area for the pizza to be cooked, changed gloves, and even the cutting tools are separate! I’m really sensitive and tend to flare up after 30 minutes of eating and this place is SAFE. They have GF alternatives for EVERYTHING! LOVE THIS PLACEEEE

They were able to make any pizza GF. They also had cheese bread and cinnamon bread. It’s was soooo good! I had the cheese sticks and shared with my gluten full family members and they said they couldn’t tell it was GF. I had the pepperoni and added olives. It’s not the cheapest place but I had the single and I took home 1 1/2 pieces.

GF pizza was incredible. Thick, crispy and chewy shared with my non-GF hubby who also Loved it. I specifically asked for no cross contact and they were fine with that.
