Via 313 Pizza

Ordered the Detroit style and it was delicious! The server asked if we were first time customers to which we said yes. Then she asked if we were there for the gluten free, yes. She said it was one of her favorite things seeing people so happy because of the good pizza and she was not let down by our enthusiasm. So good and not illness at all.

Delicious pizza!! And extra delicious gluten free dessert options. 10/10 recommend the gluten free cinnamon sticks. Delicious food and I did not have a reaction afterward.

This has been my best experience at Via313. I’ve eaten twice at one of the branches in Austin and had bad experiences so I was reluctant to try here. I ordered the carnivore on gluten free (deep dish!) with vegan cheese. I ordered extra vegan cheese because at other via313s I spent a lot of money and barely had toppings. Not the case here! The pizza was PERFECTION! Good amount of toppings, not too much sauce, adequate cheese. Nice and hot and flavorful and the customer service was excellent! My pizza looked almost “too good” (if you have food allergies you know what I mean) and the staff were so understanding and happy to double check my cheese was dairy free. Highly recommend and we will be back! Thank you Via!

Love love love Via 313! The gluten free crust is so soft and delicious. I got the Detroiter which is 2 different types of pepperoni. It was very good. They also have cheese bread and cinnamon bread on GF crust as well.
