Great pizza!!! We were there for lunch and I was a little bummed they didn’t have GF pizza available as part of the lunch special, but I really enjoyed my pizza. 10/10 would go back!

Oh my goodness! Very closely the best gf pizza I’ve ever had in the US. It’s amazingly light and fluffy. My daughter and I both have celiac and no reactions. We had cheesy bread, which even the gluten eaters enjoyed. We shared a pizza and then they brought us free gf cinnamon sticks, and again everyone enjoyed!

I’ve eaten here several times (my company often ordered food for lunch meetings from here). Food is delicious but I’ve gotten sick almost every time after eating their GF pizza 😞

I’ve been here twice. The first time I came was right after my diagnosis so while I felt sick after eating, I didn’t want to fully blame the pizza because I felt sick pretty often. I came again to give it another shot and i am glutened. I’m surprised, as so many of these reviews are positive. I got a Detroit style with gluten free crust, and communicated to my waiter what I needed, and still feel super sick. I will say if you just have a gluten intolerance, it tasted bomb asf.

It’s Detroit style pizza and the cool thing is, im used to going to a pizza place and getting a completely different looking pizza than everyone else and that’s not the case here, it looked Detroit style like everyone else’s : ) #celiac

GLUTEN FREE CRUST CONTAINS GLUTEN FREE ***Wheat starch***

If you have an actual wheat allergy instead of, or in addition to, celiac- this place is not safe. I personally think it’s reckless as hell that they don’t have a disclaimer on the menu considering a lot of people with wheat allergy look for gluten free food. This was confirmed by them via email.

I wandered in here on a whim and Absolutely love this place. The Cadillac pizza is the best! gluten free cheese bread, pizza, and cinnamon sticks. All made in house, no frozen crust here! Server was very knowledgeable and kind. Vegan opus’s well. If you get a salad the Parmesan Crisps are amazing! Highly recommend this place

Ate at the new one in cedar park. The wait is long, but the service was great. The pizza is quite expensive, much smaller than the advertised 8x10 (i measured with my phone 6x8), and worst of all gave me and my celiac son severe stomach issues for a day. We walked out with a $70 check for 2 kids and 2 adults, and that's with splitting the celiac pizza. It would have been $100 bill had we actually all had a normal serving of food. I normally don't complain about cost, but $25 a person for pizza is out of control. The crust was delicious and didn't taste like gluten free.

The fluffiest pizza dough I’ve ever had. It’s Detroit style so the sauce is on the top. It was good but the red sauce was a little tart (for me). I think I would still try them again. (I have celiac and extremely sensitive and did not have a reaction)

EXCELLENT!! Deep dish gf pizza Detroit style will not disappoint!!! Very crispy crust. Husband shared and said he couldn’t tell that it was a GF crust. They also offer gf cheese bread and cinnamon sticks! After we enjoyed the pizza, the waiter gave us a complimentary order of the cinnamon sticks which were EXCELLENT as well!! They strive to be your number one gf pizza choice and they succeeded!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Delicious gluten-free deep dish pizza! Does not disappoint at all. Very crispy crust with a soft interior. I got the Ambassador Bridge pizza and it was outstanding. Sausage, ricotta, fresh garlic. It also heats up well the next day. Always a must stop - no reaction after the pizza. They also have great cocktails. I’ve visited this location and the 290 location and both are highly recommended.

This was such a great experience!! I have never had such a GOOD gluten free pizza crust.. in fact the GF pizza and cheese bread was so fluffy yet crispy, I kept asking the waitress if it was really gluten free. I have celiac and am extremely sensitive to cross contamination and I did not get sick!! 100% will be back.

Hands down the best GF Pizza I’ve had in 10 years. Thick crust pizza, deep-dish style with a crunchy exterior and nice chewy interior. My new go-to.

Literally the BEST gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! It’s basically deep dish. I kept checking to confirm the pizza was GF because it was so delicious. I didn’t get sick afterwards. We ordered delivery and we were able to indicate that I had Celiac!

This was absolutely the best most amazing gluten free pizza I’ve ever seen or had! So so good! Staff was super knowledgeable, they’ll change gloves, utensils, prepare in a separate space etc. Obviously they can’t guarantee no cross-contamination but that’s any place that isn’t 100% gluten free.

Wow I can’t say enough about this place. We ordered three pizzas and I honestly thought they were regular gluten crust because they tasted SO GOOD. The crust was light and fluffy, the flavor of the pizza was delicious and my husband is already dreaming of ordering again. Customer service was great - the manager checked on us several times. We definitely will be ordering take out before we leave Austin!

I was happy to learn that Via 313 had gf options and took precautions. I talked to a manager who was very knowledgeable and assured me that there are dedicated gluten free pans. Although allergy was not notated on my order, my box was labeled gf and I was not sick after eating. Pizza is good, just pricey!

Best gluten free pizza I ever had! Love it!

Pizza crust are made off site in a gluten free kitchen. Then they are heated in specific gluten free pans. On top of that the pizza is good. Hard to beat.

BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA EVER. Go here. Amazing. We had the Ambassador Bride Pizza and the Cheesy Bread 😍 Our server was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He brought us our free Superman ice cream at the end of our meal. Will definitely come back when we are in town!

Such good deep dish pizza! They warn you, if you’re super sensitive not to eat here, but I did anyway because of others reviews. I had no reaction and I’m quite sensitive. Best pizza I’ve had in years! :)

Gluten free option on Detroit style pizza. Yes. Hell yes. I got the pepperoni with extra side of sauce and a really tasty side Cesar salad. Be sure and eat your pizza hot and fresh out the oven. Also I love the silver plates they serve pizza on reminds me of all those well spent hours in pizza joints growing up.

Everything thing about this place was amazing. They bring you gf cheesy bread if it's your first time. The pizza was delicious and the thickest gf I've had. The service was amazing! Oh and they have the yummiest cider from Dallas. It has nectar. It's not super sweet. I forgot to say the one on Guadalupe is right next to a GF bakery!

the best gf pizza south of NYC and East of Italy no question. the deep dish crust was the first my 16 year old has ever had (diagnosed at 3). loved it!!💟 we went twice in three days during our visit to Austin. the one on Guadalupe is smack next to Wildwood bakehouse so you can head over there for a gf cupcake afterwards. wonderful!
