So fluffy!!!! We got cheesy bread, Detroit style pizza, and cinnamon sticks, and the texture was perfect. Buttery, fluffy, crispy at the edges. I hadn't dreamed that gluten free food could taste so good. They have a separate oven and take gluten free seriously. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I had the best service here that I’ve probably ever had! Our waitress was amazing and explained how they use a separate pan, change gloves, and use new utensils for the gf pizzas! I got the ambassador pizza and it was delicious! She also gave use cinnamon sticks for free and the gf cinnamon sticks were incredible!! I highly recommend going here!

Wow…..this pizza. Honestly better than regular non GF pizza. The crust is magnificent. They came to talk with us about how they handle GF and what the flour is made out of. Even have GF bread sticks and cinnamon sticks which brought tears to my partners eyes. We will be back!

My partner did have a celiac reaction the next day but we don’t think it’s from the pizza since they are so sensitive and safe. We’ll try again and see!

Tried this place out last week with my dad and boyfriend.

My boyfriend has a gluten allergy and he loved their gluten free pizza. The server was knowledgeable about their gluten free practices (the make the dough in house every morning!) and answered all of his questions.

At the end of the meal they gave us free gluten free cinnamon sticks and all three of us enjoyed them. Would definitely come back & highly recommend to everyone!

The garlic bread made me tear up. It’s been so long since I’ve had quality pizza(crust). I was told that they make the GF crust in a dedicated oven in the mornings to avoid cross contamination. I’m not celiac so idk how safe it is but the waiters ask if you have an allergy or preference. You can alter most dishes as gluten free & dairy free. Highly recommend the garlic bread and the cinnamon sticks! Also, the wait staff are incredibly friendly. Will be going back!

AMAZING GF pizza - risk for cross contamination of course, but the server seemed very aware of allergies and sounds like they take extra precautions for Gluten.

Favorite GF pizza in the valley! Knowledgeable staff, dedicated food handling equipment, change gloves by default for GF. Common pizza oven, but pizza is cooked in a dedicated GF tray.

Address is actually 715 S Rural Rd., it needs to get corrected in google I think, recently opened.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. My husband and I were so excited to come and try and gluten free Detroit style pizza and this did not disappoint. Had no problem throwing back some carbs starting with the gluten free breadsticks, getting a gluten free Detroit style bobo Brazil, and finishing with the gluten free cinnamon dessert. Service was unmatched. Manager Tim came over to our table and explained their gluten free flour blend and protocols to prevent cross contamination. Will definitely be back and will be telling all of our friends and family!

They have GF, detroit style pizza, cheesy bread sticks and cinnamon sticks for dessert! Soft and delicious. GF vodka for the cocktails as well. Great venue. Vegan sensitive too.
