Review of Via Farina

This was by far the best gf pizza I have had in Omaha. This is a new restaurant and the server was not fully knowledgeable of the gluten free options, but asked the chef and they came back with a great list of options. Off the whole menu, there were only two items that were not able to be made gf. The pizza crust was homemade, thin, and delicious. I was so happy about this. I am not sure if the facilities are celiac friendly. The pizza came served on parchment paper and a wooden cutting board/serving tray. For $4 more, nearly anything could be made gf and everything is very reasonably priced. Definitely a good place for gluten-sensitive eaters.
