The restaurant is great for gluten free and very delicious.
The chef and staff are very helpful and accommodating.
I ordered a gluten free margherita pizza and it was absolutely fantastic. No issues with getting sick and everything is prepared and cooked separately (they have a whole separate brick oven pizza for gluten free)
The chef made us (not on the menu) gluten free focaccia bread and even brought out an extra pizza for the non-gluten free guests and sat down and ate with us.
Additionally, he gave me a bag of certified gluten free pasta from Italy that he uses to take home and try.
They have many other gf options like appetizers, salads, and entrees and any pizza on the menu can be made gluten free.
