So grateful this restaurant has a dedicated Gluten-free kitchen, knowledgeable, courteous & helpful staff, unbelievable Gluten-free & vegan menus. For the first time in 5 years, I felt normal ordering food without ANY anxiety. A profuse & sincere thank you to Via Roma for standing ABOVE the rest of the competition & giving the comfort of eating with peace of mind to those of us with Celiac disease! My Celiac friendly hidden & rare gem may be much BUSIER next time I visit... well-deserved Via Roma!
