Review of Via Roma Restaurant & Pizzeria

I have been here any times. The food is good BUT he place is messy and actually t is a bit dirty! I walked in for pickup and was shocked to see tables not bused, to the right was a bus tray half filled with dirty dishes. When a customer walks in we shouldn't see that kind filth. When waiting for food I watched the guy making Pizza grab handle on the pizza oven and then sink his hands into a bucket of shredded mozzarella to top a pizza...and he had no gloves on. It's needs clean up. However the biggest complaint is how SLOW the service is!!! I ordered two cold sandwiches at 7:45pm showed up at 8:10 to pick up and waited until 8:30 for them to be done. Brutal service.
