I called and asked if it was safe for someone with celiac to eat their chicken and fries and they reassured me that it was. Unfortunately, I got really sick and I am still recovering from brain fog 2 weeks later. I loved this place before my diagnostic :(

My family loves to eat at Viana, amazing food but not a person with Celiac or intolerance to gluten it's impossible to eat there. Even the chicken is marinated in beer.

Delicious Portuguese chicken. They only use flour in their bakery items.
