GF options. The food tested positive for gluten on my Nima sensor but I talked to the manager and tested separately each ingredient to found out it was the shrimp, provably because it’s baked on the oven that they also make bread. He prepared another plate and covered the pan with the shrimp and it came out with no gluten on Nima. The manager was super understanding of my situation. Really good treatment. They learned today that if they are going to use the oven they have to cover and protect the food from gluten. I’ll come back for sure. Food tates amazing also.
