Excellent experience, the waiter was extremely knowledgeable and let me know that they try their best to maintain cross contamination but it is a shared kitchen. I ordered the ramen and a few minutes later the chef came out himself to explain their set up and again reiterated that they try their best but it is not a 100% guarantee due to the nature of the kitchen. He recommended a safer substitute for an ingredient and I felt very comfortable eating here. I appreciate their attention to detail.
