Great stop on the way to northern Michigan. One of the best pizza crusts our daughter has tried since being diagnosed.

Our 2 year old son has celiacs and when we informed the lady at the counter, she told the chef after our order was placed that they had an allergy coming in. The chef came out and told us she had just washed her hands, put fresh gloves on, and told us they would use a different knife to cut the bread and would take as many precautions as possible. It was so reassuring! We will definitely be back!

They use Schär products. Good food. Nice atmosphere

Not for Celiac’s. Staff was very clear that: the only menu item that starts out gluten free is the pizza crust and the pizza is cooked in a shared oven they cannot assure the pizza is GF after coming out of the oven. they don’t have a separate cook space either

Outstanding sandwich and service. Not a dedicated facility but took all necessary precautions to insure safe delivery of food. Fair trade and organic focus. This is not a chain. Worth the stop. The owner came out to insure I was comfortable and new my gluten-free sandwich had been handled correctly.

The best gluten free pizza we have had in a decade of gluten free(celiac) living! The only thing that would have made it any better would be gf beer!😊
