The gluten free bagels are fantastic BUT you must go at an off time so you can have them change their gloves before handling. If you’re a Celiac you cannot get it toasted or use any of their cream cheese spreads as the toaster oven is contaminated. I usually use my own at home or buy a small little tub of fresh cream cheese.
They make their own gf bagels, which is nice. This includes plain and everything. Their staff, when handling multiple orders, will stack the gf bagel with non gf bagels, which is not so nice. They should not touch. I'm not super sensitive so I wasn't glutened, but their training needs to be better for those that are.
Victoria’s Bagel Bistro makes their own gluten free bagels.
