A mixed selection of gluten free baked goods (celiac friendly) from Wallflour bakery (utilized as head baker.) Wallflour baked goods are also vegan, soy-free and many options are also nut-free! Chilled veggie quinoa salad to-go is typicallly available as are various other gluten free baked items from local bakeries that are both gluten free and non. Items are individually wrapped and there is no cross contamination. All the the loose leaf tea is organic, fair trade and customizable and is also, by nature, gluten free.
