Review of Vientiane Cuisine

Waitresses are friendly but are not as knowledgable about gluten. Will ask chefs questions. I had the grilled veggies and sticky rice with beef. Very tasty and well-prepared, but I would recommend a supplement capsule just in case.

Side note: while the rice noodles in the pho are gluten free, the broth is NOT.
