Viera kitchen staff will take so much care in making sure your food is safe.

Delicious upscale dining but not pretentious. Many options on menu marked as gluten free with asterisk. Staff knowledgeable too and confirmed that they have a dedicated fryer for frito misto and French fries. things can be adapted if needed as well. Really good overall. Different server delivered my food from the other dishes that were not ordered GF.
