Viet Baguette (Pho & Grill)

No GF menu. They use soysauce with gluten in most things. They said they couldn't cater for gluten allergies.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not at all

I've eaten here a few times successfully (I get the bun salad with pork and fish sauce and no fried onions) but they have NO IDEA about gluten, and when I asked about it the lady was a bit rude about it.

— Excellent

I had the beef pho. Most of the pho was gluten free but that was all they had to offer. The pho was alright but not the best and the meat wasn’t very tasty. I did not get sick though so it’s safe for celiacs.
