The owner explained what was GF as menu is not clearly labeled. Food was delicious and fresh.
I don’t give it a 5-star because we did not go into as much detail about GF procedures since we went without our Celiac daughters. We can’t say if cross contamination is a possibility.

I’ve eaten at Viet Haus twice with my daughter. She dines here frequently and discussed my dietary needs with the owner prior to the two of us going for lunch at Viet Haus together. The restaurant is small, family owned and operated. I’ve had the beef pho on two occasions, and today tried half of a spring roll (without sauce.) The pho was phenomenal, as was the spring roll. The bowl of pho was a very large serving, and the broth just delightful. I also had a delightful mango smoothie. Many things on the menu are GF and DF naturally. They do serve Banh Mi (sandwiches) so potential for cc, as in any restaurant. However, I felt that they were very careful in addressing my dietary concerns and preparing my food. No issues after eating here, happily. I will be back.
