Very Good Viet Thai food, stall #01-72 at Ghim Moh. Selection #9 Dry Beef Noodle is Gluten Free, my wife is Celiac, she has had it many times, no problems. Great hawker value! Menu hack - Also serves very good hearty Chicken Fried Rice, not on menu.
