AMAZING Pho! Staff are quite knowledgeable about what gluten is and where it may hide. They use all gluten free soy sauce, and can steer you clear of dishes or items that are not safe. (For example, brought out the fish sauce for our spring rolls, instead of the peanut sauce, as the peanut sauce has gluten in it...I didn't even have to ask.) I have Celiac and did not get sick.
