LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Very celiac friendly. Even the soy on the table is GF by default. I will be coming here all the time. Food presentation is beautiful, staff is amazing, and tastes are outstanding!

This was my first time to try Vietnamese food and I loved it. Everything was gluten free except for 3 items. I had the noodle bowl with pork. All the ingredients are layered in a huge bowl, lettuce, cucumber, mint, bean sprouts etc. the sauce is on the side. You pour the sauce made from fresh juices over the bowl and mix. They have home made chili sauce to spice it up. (Add a little at a time!) we left feeling full but not miserable like after eating Chinese food. Everything is made fresh with healthy ingredients. SOOO good. Looking forward to going again and trying the soups! The owner went over the entire menu with us explaining it all. She was very nice which made the experience even better. Definitely worth a try!

By far the best GF restaurant in the Springs. Food is fresh, flavorful and delicious with several items to choose from. The owner/waitress is a very nice lady and is more than happy to explain items on the menu and provide recommendations. Definitely recommend!

I tried after positive reviews on my Find Me Gluten Free App. So glad I tried this place! Having never tried Vietnamese, I was nervous but it was Delicious! They have a lot of options and the owner/cook helped me understand the menu and all my options. She understands celiac and was careful about about cross contamination. Very reasonably priced. Well worth it!! I will be back as I am excited to try other things.... And yes, the egg rolls are to die for!

Strongly recommended this! After months of trying to find someplace to eat with my daughters, I have found a home! 99% of the menu is gluten free and if you tell them of a food allergy, they immediately adapt! I love having more than 2 choices and no hidden gluten in sauces! Yay! Go and try it!!!!

This is our favorite place to eat in Colorado Springs. Food is always fresh, delicious and healthy and nearly everything is gluten free. Even the soy sauce on the table is gluten free!

Soooo good! First time trying Vietnamese cuisine and could not ask for fresher, or better tasting. The whole menu is GF! (Except 1 item) And the owner was very nice and made great suggestions. I will def be back for more.

This place is fantastic! The food tastes so fresh and delicious, and there are menu items for meat-eaters, vegetarians, and even vegans! Nearly the entire menu is GF (all but the hoisin sauce, and items containing this are clearly labeled), so the risk for cross-contamination is extremely low. What a gem!

Just ate at her new location in Briargate and the food was just as wonderful as ever if not better!! Everything is so fresh and light tasting. We stuck with her traditional vienamese fair, she also now offers chinese options as well. Will definitely be returning. The dining area is smaller than her previous location but worth the trip to the east side :)

Best GF food in COS. awesome fresh food made when ordered. Great variety. Spring rolls served with fresh lettuce, mint & basil leaves. #2 is our favorite. No MSG. Mung Bean cake for dessert. Doesn't get any better then that!!!!!! 5 *****
