The staff responded to our questions about gluten by asking each other then checking the menu. It was hard to tell if the gluten free symbol was an option or natural. The stir fried pho was listed as gluten free but definitely contained fish or soy sauce. My partner is celiac and didn’t feel comfortable eating his.

This was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back. I had the Vietnamese chicken wings and the spicy beef pho.

They were able to make me fried rice without soy sauce and it was delicious. I got spring rolls but they didn’t seem certain that the peanut sauce was gluten free so I didn’t eat it.

Wait staff wrote down my allergies and checked them against my order with the chef. They verified the dish was free of each of my allergies with me when they brought me my dish, which I always appreciate. I ordered the vermicelli with shrimp, which was delicious and I feel great afterwards (no apparent cross contamination).
