Ate here twice while in the area for a soccer tournament, once for lunch and once for brunch. Quite a few items are marked Gf. I didn’t ask about a dedicated fryer because my meal didn’t come with anything fried. Had the Thai chicken bowl for lunch and Santa Fe omelet with cheesy potatoes for brunch with a mimosa the next day. As soon as I said celiac it was clear they knew what I was talking about and marker it down. The first day I did ask if they take precautions when it’s marked celiac or GF allergy and she said they do their best to change gloves and keep it separated to avoid cross contamination. I didn’t get sick either time!
