Noted GF options on menu and purchase GF buns from Alpine Bakery. I had the French Dip, which was the best one I’ve had in Spokane . Not 100% sure fryer is dedicated so make sure to ask.

((Not celiac - but severe wheat/ gluten allergy)) Our waiter had a long conversation with the cook about our allergies before returning to our table telling us that they couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination, but at least that meant the cook was conscious of risk.
My husband and I shared the street tacos and the steak bites, both labeled GF, and both were absolutely amazing. Great meal, really cool location/ environment, and neither me nor my husband had any negative reaction to their food.

Amazing food. Very knowledgeable. Great crisp sweet potato fries. Ask questions the staff was super friendly. Great food and great portions for the price.
Has menu with options marked as GF. Ordered a burger, enjoyed a good tasting bun that held together. Fries are not GF but tater tots were. Wait staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Not sure if they have a dedicated fryer, but I did not get sick. I will go back!
