I tested the masala dosa with an Elisa test kit. It was listed on the menu as gluten free, but it came back as high positive. I have never gotten a "high positive" result for anything other than actual bread, so they must have used flour, not simply cross contamination. Can't trust them after that.

The menu was super well-labeled online and behind the counter (not the posted menu), but despite assurances I was hit. I am very sensitive and the reaction was somewhat mild, but it was definitely real. Can’t go back.
