I would say semi-knowledgeable at best. I placed my order for a GF pasta meal. After 10 mins they came out and said they can't make GF fettuccine, to which I replied "any shape pasta is fine, as long as it is GF" and I confirmed the rest of my order. When it came out it was not the dirt cousin of what I ordered and they said they wanted to make sure it is GF. I didn't like what they chose for me without discussing it with me. They offered me a free dessert (of which none are GF) to make it up to me. Seriously?!

This is my favorite place for gluten free pasta! The owner is very knowledgeable and they are careful about cross contamination.
