Staff very knowledgeable and cautious. Pay extreme attention to contamination and prepare food separately. Some staff also coeliac. For us - if they know in advance - they ordered gf cake and muffins. Dinner is very individual and tailored to the desires of the coeliac. Just requires communication in advance.
