Zero stars. This was at the Eastview location. Told them when ordering it was for a person with celiacs. I was reassured they had safe handling practices. This is the worst experience we’ve had. The cook didn’t change gloves. The person preparing it “to go” didn’t change gloves. She put it in the same bag with gluten food. I had to tell her to change her gloves when I asked her to confirm it was on the gf bread as I’d ordered.
And all we ordered was a kids grilled cheese and they made it wrong twice.
the food is delicious and they were well aware of Celiac and very accommodating
They use gluten free bread for the sandwiches when you let them know about needing to be gluten free.
