I called ahead of time and spoke with staff about celiac and they were incredibly accommodating! We sat in the restaurant, I ordered a Village Burger on a gluten free bun with lettuce, tomato, and pickles with a side of French fries! My partner got the village burger and fried jalapeños (not gluten free). It was amazing! Bun was perfectly toasted, the ingredients were fresh and just the right amount of greasy (in a good way). They told me about their dedicated friers and cooking space, all seemed very legit!! My partner and I ate there yesterday and I am still feeling great!
This place was a great find. The staff was knowledgeable and informed me that they have a separate fryer just for fries and the cooks know to change gloves and prepare GF items separately from the regular food. I ordered a burger with a GF bun and fries. The bun was a bit dry, but it didn't fall apart as GF buns usually do and the burger itself was delicious. My ticket/food was clearly labeled too, which I always appreciate.
This may have been the best burger I’ve ever had in my life! They use good buns (I think Pureknead) that don’t fall apart and are tasty. My dad’s gluten full bun actually was falling apart while mine was holding up, it was great. The fries were good too, and they give you a ton! I love that I live 4 minutes from here.
One of the best GF hamburger buns that I’ve had (small up-charge, but completely worth it!) Staff is knowledgeable and asked ‘allergy or preference’, also informed me that fries & fry seasoning is GF. Beyond these awesome attributes for a burger joint, the place was clean, service was fast & friendly and the burgers were yummy with a choice of toppings & sauces! Salads & ice cream too. I will be back! (Located in a small strip mall in between Sam’s & BK facing Main Street)
