They offer GF buns but advise up front everything is cross contaminated. I’m not extremely sensitive the older I get, not celiac, & needed food so just asked nicely that they do their best. It was served in a basket separate from the other items, no idea how they cook everything. Ordered the angus burger with GF bun, & no upcharge! Pretty good for fast food in a national park, & didn’t get sick. Use your own discretion knowing your own body.
