I spoke to the manager before ordering; she was very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contact and recommended the grilled fish tacos. She also said they use gf soy sauce so I could have most of their bowls or a pasta dish with gf pasta. Most of the appetizers are fried, however our server told me they could pan fry the shisito peppers. This was nice, but the peppers were undercooked, so we ended up bringing them home to properly cook. The fish tacos were tasty and I didn’t get sick.
