They should have their gf certification revoked. The options they have are slim & they certainly don’t follow any cross contamination protocols. They list GF next to items that can be made gf. They indicated one of their pizzas can be gf by using a rice crust BUT they make it in the same oven as gluten pizzas which can become contaminated by the fan from the oven. They said they have gf pasta on the menu but server said they were out. I confirmed that sides would be gf with no possibility of cross contamination. I got the ribeye with green beans & garlic mashed potatoes. As I started to eat the green beans, I found a piece of spaghetti underneath them. Told the server, he went to get me fresh sides. He came back & there was a piece of spaghetti on top of the “new” beans. Idk if they gave me the same beans back or if they boil the beans in the same water as pasta or both. I sent them back obviously & was not trusting enough to get a fresh order. The manager took my whole meal off the check. I won’t be back because these are rookie mistakes that a place with a certification should know how to avoid. Super bummed.
