The salad bar is well labelled. Aside from a chicken dish, taboule, and croutons, I noticed nothing that would contain gluten. I asked about the caramelised bananas and was told they had flour. I mentioned I couldn't have that and they surprised me with fresh caramelised bananas just for me! Beautifully crisp with cinnamon sugar and perfect. So considerate!
As you would expect from a Brazilian steakhouse, the meat was rotisserie grilled, juicy and traditionally marvelous. Brazilian cheesebread is naturally made without gluten. While I didn't ask, I also didn't become sick. The rotisserie grilled pineapple was my favorite. The coffee drinks afterwards were artful. I would happily come again!
