Wonderful Vietnamese restaurant with many gluten free items. Knowledgeable staff understands the issues and can guide the diner. I ordered the Vina special. It came with chicken, shrimp and beef. The staff told me the beef was marinated in a gluten based marinade. The removed it from the order. They told me orders could be modified as required. Service was quick and polite.
