Felt poorly after eating pho here. Will not go back. I am celiac.

Offered to change gloves assured me that almost all PHOs were GF. Felt very safe and very good afterwards

Great food! Keep an eye on the condiments, the hoisin and sriracha aren’t always gluten free but the pho is spectacular

Surprised to see low ratings on this. I’ve been eating the pho here for years and never had a problem. Absolutely delicious one of my favorite Vietnamese places in Seattle

Got steak pho. As other reviewer mentioned, small shared prep area still has high risk of cross contact. Everything seemed fresh, but broth was bland, noodle texture was poor, and steak was gristly. Won't be back.

Not celiac safe as of September 2016. Food prep area shared for sandwiches and items listed as GF. Employees wear gloves but handle bread then put hands in vegetable trays used for all food. Some items that were safe before (and listed GF on menu) use fish sauce employees now say has gluten in it. Employees helpful and nice but this is a *small* space so not much they can do for sensitive celiacs. Fine for people who are avoiding gluten for other reasons.

Well-labeled gf menu with lots of options: pho, spring rolls, vermicelli bowls, fried rice, Etc. Can sub gf soy sauce.
