Review of Vinh Loi Tofu

The owner makes his own tofu for these great Vietnamese soups, salads, rice and noodle dishes. He also makes his own soy-based meats (I love the short ribs!) All dishes are vegan and all can be prepared gluten-free. The owner says that about half of their customers have gluten issues. People come from all over LA to eat here and buy homemade tofu.
