They didn’t have the regular gluten free crust in stock, so I got their cauliflower crust and it was delicious. I have been back to get this cauliflower crust pizza several times and have not had any issues. My boyfriend who does not need to eat gluten free even prefers this cauliflower crust pizza over their regular pizzas.
We had a great experience; tasty choices, intuitive staff, lots of gluten free toppings. If you need a dairy-free option, ask for the plain marinara sauce and a pizza without cheese. They even shared they would clean the pizza slicer used for the gluten free pizzas. Didn't go as far as asking about separate cleaning sponges, but my so son with celiac seemed to fair well after dinner.
They have an OK GF pizza and take precautions against cross contamination. We also just found out that their frier that fries wings is dedicated to just wings, so their wings are GF, which is what Vinnie's is famous for. Huge score. Not all sauces are GF, but they can tell you which aren't. We have loved Vinny's for years and are super excited to still be able to go there now that I can't eat gluten.
eat there quite a bit with no issues. staff is knowledgable. best gluten free pizza i have had, none of the thin crust.
Was delicious! They knew how to make it unlike Pizza Hut and some others. They cooked it just right (not burned or mushy/gooey). They were very accommodating when asked about cross contamination with toppings and surfaces. Standard for them is to prep and cook on a a square pan. They pulled new pepperoni and mushrooms when asked. Will definitely go back next time I am in town. Place was packed on a Tuesday night!
