The Executive Sous Chef is very knowledgeable about gluten free options, has a family member with Celiac. She has made alot of the menu gluten free and they have gluten free bread and all soups are now gluten free. She also has started making gluten free desserts. They are more than helpful on ensuring you get amazing food that is safe for persons with Celiac.
