Review of Violas

I’m always hesitant to try a restaurant if it hasn’t already been reviewed but I am really glad I did! They are limited to GF pasta and GF dough for the pizza and it is only available in a 12” but that was plenty to me. It was really good and you could not tell it was GF. Most dishes came with a side of bread but that is not available GF. Not a big deal to me bc my meal was so good! I told the waiter about being celiac and if he wasn’t sure if something had gluten he checked for me and that made me feel a lot better. I am extremely sensitive to gluten especially right now as I was recently glutened very badly so I was so happy to have found another restaurant to add to my list of go tos!
