GF burger on a bun. They fry the Fries separately. Tasted very well and no stomach pain afterwards. There a few otter things marked on the menu as GF (nachos)

Great Gluten free club sandwich! Also ordered gluten free brownie and they have gluten free beer as an option as well. Will come back to try the gluten free burger buns!

Staff was not helpful in finding an option for me with gluten and dairy. I asked for a gluten free sandwich without cheese, but she said it wasn’t possible. The waitress pretty much gave up and said that she couldn’t help me. Terrible experience and will not got to any VIPS here in Madrid.

The restaurant is certified with the Celiac Association in Spain and the Gluten free items come out on blue plates with the placemat being blue for celiac items
