Visited this establishment for lunch while visiting Bentonville. I was hopeful when I saw all the GF items marked, and the server assured me they had a process for GF prep. I let them know I was celiac and requested they do what they can to avoid cross contamination. I ordered the Chicken Biryani which was delivered topped with a glutinous bread on top. I sent the dish back reminding them about the preparation request and the server looked confused. They returned only a moment later with what appeared to be the same dish with the bread removed.
I chose not to eat the dish because it originally took them 15 minutes + to prepare, and I couldn’t trust their word they had made a new dish.

This is an excellent Indian restaurant. Their menu has all of their dishes marked with vegetarian, gluten-free, and nut-free dishes. They completely understand when you tell them you are gluten-free. The meals were amazing, I had a biryani made with tapioca and beef. I would recommend this place to anyone. As from a celiac standpoint, I have gone here twice, and haven’t gotten sick at all, even though I am a severe celiac.
