I have recently went here with my Nima Sensor that tests for gluten. I ordered the zucchini spaghetti and it found gluten in the dish. They remade it and again the Nima found gluten. After a third time finding gluten the manager came out and said that nothing is guaranteed to be gluten free. I spoke to the owner which was not friendly or helpful. He said that IF YOU HAVE CELIAC DISEASE HE DOESN’T RECOMMEND EATING AT HIS RESTAURANT because flour is flying everywhere and he can not guarantee cross contamination. He said the only thing that is 100% gluten free are his zucchini noodles, which I know is not true. If you have celiac disease I would not eat here especially if the owner himself doesn’t recommend it for celiacs!

UPDATE Aug 2023.
PLEASE IGNORE ANY REVIEW THAT MENTIONS THE NIMA DEVICE. THE NIMA IS KNOWN for given false positives.(please Google it). The Nima is not meant to replace common sense. TALK TO THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT THE RESTAURANT.
Virgilios has a completely separate kitchen for their GF menu. Those reviews are not helping anyone. They hurt the small business, and they hurt those of us with Celiac disease who already have limited choices.
I wrote a Google review for them. Please read their response.
Virgilio's has just recently updated their GF menu! It is the most expansive menu I have ever seen. They now offer GF pasta (including a lasagna option). They have 2 GF pizza crusts GF dough and GF cauliflower crusts. Both are equally great. I have had both. I have not yet had the pasta. They continue to have a list of GF desserts (that I really love and often buy to freeze and keep at home).
Excellent service. Excellent food. We talked to 3 different people, and they were all well versed in the gluten free items. They take gluten free very seriously. The food is outstanding! The have gluten free pizzas and calzones. Gluten free pasta, salads, main courses like chicken Parm, and desserts! Three pizza is the best gluten free pizza I have had.

Tested gf garlic bread and cheese pizza with the Nima and both tested positive for gluten. I think it might be a good option for someone with sensitivities but not celiac.

So many GF options, including appetizers and dessert! I had garlic cheese bread and meat lasagna. Delicious! And don't miss out on dessert. The chocolate bomb is incredible!! It's cannoli cream with caramel and hard shell chocolate topping. Over the top amazing! Great service and care taken. Check it out!

They are very proud of their GF precautions and it showed. No reaction and their menu is quite large. Had the GF calzone - was decent for being GF. Definitely recommend.

So glad to have found this place. This is the only place I have been able to order a gluten-free pizza and not have a reaction. I also love the other GF menu options such as calzones, chicken or eggplant Parmesan, lasagna, and heroes subs. The online ordering for pickup is convenient also.

We had a yummy GF lunch here today. The GF menu was large. My daughter had a GF Cheese Pizza and I had a GF calzone with sausage and mushrooms. We ordered GF cheesy bread for the table (garlic bread with melted mozzarella and pepperoni with a red sauce for dipping). It was so good my husband said he couldnt tell it was gluten free. They had about 6 desserts/bakery items that are gluten free. My daughter is very sensitive to cross contamination and she had no problem at this restaurant. I didnt have an issue either. It was delicious! We will be back.

They have a dedicated gluten free menu and also yummy gluten free desserts. I have the sweet potato "spaghetti" with Alfredo. My husband loves it too and he's not a gluten free eater. Their almond based cookies are AMAZING. I get cookies to go just to have some at home in a cookie jar.

Ingredients come to the kitchen pre-cut and bagged, not fresh. After watching and listening to staff, I wouldn't trust that my food would actually be gluten free.
We were in gluten free Heaven here! We haven’t had calzones since the CD diagnosis. My 10 year old didn’t even know calzones existed! You are a “must do” on our list every time we visit Littleton from Minnesota. (And the GF desserts....no words š!)

We went because of all the great reviews and it was worth it. We only had appetizers and drinks. The staff was friendly and they had a dedicated GF menu. I had the wings and the caprese salad. They were both great. I would definitely go back if we are in this area again.

I have been gluten free for over 13 years and this is the first time I have been able to find a gluten free calzone! It was worth the drive from Denver just for that. The calzone was delicious and the restaurant is totally adorable. My gluten eating family enjoyed their regular calzones as well.
This is the first time we have had wings and calzone in 7 years! It was amazing and wonderful full menu and even delicious desserts! Go!!!!!!

Delicious! And ohhh what variety. :-) I love kale so I got the chicken & kale ravioli. For just a buck or 2 more you can choose your sauce. I got alfredo, my dining partner pesto. We both preferred the pesto (though it could use some pine nuts). The waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere pleasant. We were in town for a job interview and there's no doubt if he gets the job, we'll be eating here again. I want to try a calzone. Best gf Italian Restaurant I've eaten in. And I've been gf for 16 years. :-)

Awesome! I got the pasta olio bit instead of pasta you can get shredded zucchini or sweet potato. I did zucchini and added shrimp. It was delicious!
Nice local place!! Loved the wine choices-- loved the ambience and service was great. Pizza isn't the only GF choice, they have spaghetti and lasagna that are GF too.
