They have a separate prep area and separate toaster for GF sandwiches. They use Udi's GF bread and bagels. They can't make promises for legal reasons but they make every effort possible to not cross-contaminate the GF foods. I make a really good canary and had absolutely no reaction. The sandwich I had was loaded with meat and delicious. I will definitely be back my next visit to try another sandwich.
