Viridian Coffee

I frequented this place before I was diagnosed with Celiac, and since then, I have been making my way through their drink options, verifying which ones are gluten free. So far the list is: Caramel and mocha frappes, iced caramel latte, and chai tea latte. The staff can be hit and miss depending on who you talk to. I’ve realized it’s best to just have them read any questionable ingredients directly to me, and that way I can know for sure. The best thing about Viridian is that the ingredients are quality. Most of their syrups are the Monin brand or homemade in house with only a couple ingredients. I haven’t asked about every single drink they offer yet but it’s a pretty safe bet most if not all are gluten free.
