Like all other places to eat on the mountain, this one is short staffed and barely open. Certainly no gluten free bowls, French fries or other gluten free options.
I’m a regular at Breck, and every time I come up and ask for gluten free fries, they always say they don’t have them/there’s no dedicated fryers. At least they’re honest, but it’s always really disappointing.
Staff was on top of celiac disease and cross contamination. They readily had items available that are GF including soups, burgers, and gyro. They have a dedicated GF fryer as well. The employees working on our order all told me they we washing hands and regloving. When our order was called to the kitchen line it was called out as two fries severe wheat allergy. A dedicated chef received the message and worked on the order then called out two fries allergy free when sending out the food. Very impressed. The kitchen mentioned they deal with many food allergies daily and are well trained.
Good selection of gluten free options, probably the most variety of all the Breckenridge on mountain dining options
