I tried this Mexican restaurant because I heard they had a dedicated fryer. They did not have a dedicated fryer. I asked and was told they can make me GF chips but they would still be fried in the same fryer....so they may understand gluten free but not about cross contamination.
So I didn't eat chips. I ordered Chicken and Carnitas Street Tacos and while they were a bit too much oil from cooking they were decently cooked and tasted fine. Chicken was better than the carnitas ones. We weren't that impressed with the quality and didn't really think it was worth the price point.
I wasn't sick after eating the street tacos and I'm very sensitive to CC so there is that. Waitress was quiet and attentive but not as knowledgeable as they could have been.
