Stayed at the Banff centre for 2 days and was very impressed with the variety of gluten free options in the breakfast and lunch buffet. The first day I asked the chef to prepare a plated breakfast meal from the kitchen and they had no issues doing this for me. Very considerate! I ate freely from the buffet the following meals and had no issues.

Stayed at the Banff centre for a conference, and most meals were here.

Aside from the beautiful views, one of the higher up chefs is celiac apparently, and hence most food prepared is GF! It is buffet style so you need to be careful about using serving utensils beside dishes that contain gluten, but the food was delicious.

If you’re highly sensitive I’d be careful and maybe request or wait for fresh dishes to come out, but I didn’t have a reaction after eating there for 3 days!
