Vit Beo

Vit Beo has a small but nice menu. It’s so nice to have a Vietnamese restaurant that understands gf and celiac, where gf items are clearly marked and I feel comfortable ordering delivery without speaking to a server.

There aren’t a lot of pho options, but what they have is tasty. I don’t know of another safe beef pho in the city.

This is one of my fave restaurants in the city and I bring my gluten loving friends along with me as well. Most of the dishes are available.gluten free (if they aren't already) except things like the banh mi, for obvious reasons. Plenty to choose from here.

Pho portion is large but for the other things, I would get 2 dishes (3 if you wanna be stuffed).

The venue is little seating probably no more than 20 people at once. You get to see the kitchen which I love. 25+ times ordering out or eating there and never a problem.

The staff was very knowledgeable, after asking if my dish can be made gluten free, they told me they will omit the tofu from my plate as it's fried in a fryer where other things are also fried. Had the vegan pho, it was very good and I had no cross contamination symptoms.
