I have eaten here twice, the first time I had a chimichurri steak wrap that was delicious. The second time I had the power pesto chicken bowl which was also delicious! I am extremely sensitive to gluten/cross contact and I have not had any issues. They have gluten free wraps, bread and granola.

I love going here! It’s a easy healthy choice. Just be warned that their gluten free granola is actually just corn cereal and is absolutely awful in most smoothie bowls
Vitality Bowls has a great menu with healthy choices. They make everything to order so you can add or remove items. They are familiar with keeping their food celiac friendly. My salad was delicious. I will go back.

I had a tasty açaí bowl for breakfast and was happy to be able to get gluten free granola with it. The granola is not oat based, more like a puffed corn (?) cereal but it tasted good and I had no reaction. Staff were reasonably informed about the gluten free options.
I went to try it today and they had changed ownership. They are no longer dedicated gluten free.
