Vito's Gourmet Pizza

They have gluten free pizza. I tried explaining gluten free to staff and they were not knowledgeable about it. Ordered a salad to split and it had a side piece of bread on the salad and they weren’t sure if dressing was GF. The gluten free pizza was very good but I believe there is a high chance of cross contamination here. Only three tables to sit and eat.

The gluten free pizza was really yummy! Most pizzas that are gluten free are very dense. This pizza was so soft and chewy and thin like a New York pizza. Definitely recommend this place :)

I ordered delivery online, they have a gluten free crust option and toppings to add-on. I selected the eggplant topping expecting it to be grilled. I noticed the eggplant looked fried so I called to ask if the gluten free eggplant pizza I just got delivered was breaded with non gluten free flour. All I got was a yes, sorry. Very disappointing that they didn't call to question my order or have "breaded" eggplant as the wording.
